Why I'm Smarter Than a Fitness Influencer

As someone who has dedicated their career to being an inclusive movement coach, I see firsthand the impact of unqualified fitness advice. I specialize in functional strength conditioning with a focus on fat positivity and inclusive fitness. My journey has been deeply personal—I have lived with ADHD, depressive disorder, anxiety, and recovered from an eating disorder.
