As a movement coach who's all about fat positivity, I specialize in functional strength conditioning. I'll guide you through the basics of functional movement, weightlifting, and power training, making sure you stay safe and recover properly for your everyday activities.

My services are open to everyone, especially those who are underrepresented in wellness and fitness, like the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, differently abled individuals, people of color, the fat community, and older adults.

Having lived with ADHD, depressive disorder, anxiety, and recovering from an eating disorder, I truly understand the impact of fatphobia and weight-bias, especially in fitness spaces. I know how it affects self-esteem, confidence, and body trust. That's why I created 'My Joyous Adaptive Momentous Movement' and 'Joyful Inclusive Movement' - to provide inclusive, safe, and effective spaces for movement.

My goal is to show my community the joy that comes from moving your body and celebrate the uniqueness of every individual.I’m an inclusive movement coach specializing in fat-positive fitness. I provide support for functional movement, weightlifting, and power training tailored to your needs. Safety and proper recovery are a priority. My services are open to everyone regardless of background—especially those who have been historically overlooked in the wellness and fitness community such as 2SLGBTQIA+, differently abled individuals, people of color, fat individuals, and older adults.
